You can taste and compare different sake at the bar!

The “Japan Sake Festival” is a sales event with about 500 kinds of Japanese sake gathered from all regions of Japan. Not only retail, we also have bars ready where you can try different kinds of sake to find your favorite and there are eat-in spaces where you can enjoy cuisine that go well with sake.

There are about 1,400 breweries that produce sake in Japan, but only a few breweries involved in cultivating sake rice to actual brewing. For this event, we specially recommend the sake from the breweries, which focus on the main ingredient, sake rice.
Please come by and take this opportunity to find rare fine sake.

Okayama Prefecture [Marumoto Shuzo] Chikurin Taoyaka (720ml) Sake Rice Yamada Nishiki 3,810 yen + tax

With its luxuriant fragrance, versatile and gentle taste. Also, It is smooth and sweet. It tastes like ripe muscat when flavor and fragrance are combined.
The lingering taste will spread as after tasting grapes.

Yamaguchi Prefecture [Asahi Shuzo] Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 23% Hayada (720ml) Sake Rice Yamada Nishiki 10,000 yen + tax

The name “Hayada” originated from the joint development work of the late Prof. Hayada of Meiji University and Asahi Shuzo. By producing carbon dioxide into microbubbles and keeping it storable in a short time without applying heat as much as possible, it is made with a more refined liquor quality.

Aichi Prefecture [Banjo Jozo] Kamoshi Bitoku Heiji Junmai Daiginjo Wakita (720ml) Sake Rice Omachi 3,500 yen + tax

Originated from the rice fields in cooperation with Hidehiko Iwase, an expert farmer in Akaiwa Takeshi-cho, Okayama Prefecture. Being in charge of rice fields since 2015 and raising sake rice “Omachi” with pride. Please enjoy and potential of Omachi rice that we produced by our own company.

Niigata Prefecture [Asahi Shuzo] Kubota Junmai Daiginjo (720ml), Sake Rice Gohyakumangoku 1,570 yen + tax

Junmai Daiginjo sake has a gorgeous fragrance reminiscent of pear and melon, and a blend elegant taste of sweetness and acidity with a touch of Kubota’s special crispness. Perfect for toasts with appetizers or desserts such as fruits.

Miyagi [Ichinokura] Ichinokura Junmai Kimoto Kofujin (720ml) Sake Rice Sasanishiki 5,000 yen + tax

It is a gem created by Ichinokura at its origin with the aim of handmade extremes. By raising from room temperature to warm, the scent becomes clearer and the taste swells and sharpens. Enjoy the change in taste of the same sake.
